We removed URL shortening for a few days while we worked through this issue with our provider. We've heard back that their partner networks have made some changes to correct this issue, so URL shortening is back and operating as normal.
We've received reports that some ticket links in text messages are appearing as un-clickable for customers. We have asked our providers to investigate this as a priority, and in the meantime we have disabled the URL shortening feature.
If any customers report un-clickable links please ask them to manually copy and paste the web address into their browser.
