We have now migrated all clients to the new infrastructure and custom domains are working again. Thank you for bearing with us.
During this morning's incident we were able to redirect to use our app.crowdengage.com domain instead of your custom domains, so the impact for your customers should have been pretty minimal. Even so, we're adding some additional monitoring to detect this sooner and our new infrastructure is designed to be much more reliable.
Sorry again for the disruption to your Sunday morning!
We are starting work to migrate clients to new infrastructure, which will resolve this issue.
As a temporary measure we have disabled custom domains for clients with performances taking place today, so that customers can get to their mobile tickets. We're continuing to investigate.
We've confirmed there is a problem, we're working to resolve it.
