Malformed messages - automatic sending paused
The problem has been fixed and all messages have been caught up!

We've released a fix and have resumed automatic message sending.
We've had reports of malformed messages being sent via crowdEngage. This is due to a change released overnight - we're working on a fix now and have paused automated message sending in the meantime.
