We've now resolved the problem. Apologies for the disruption. If customers reported issues, please advise them to try clicking the link in their message again or refreshing the page.
We're investigating an issue with custom subdomains used to host mobile tickets (e.g. visit.example.com).
Customers will be seeing a 502 error, or other connection errors.
