Background tasks such as sending text messages and emails are now running as normal, and will be caught up shortly.
The system is recovering. Tickets and the dashboard are accessible, however we will keep background jobs paused (for example, text message sending) while we continue to investigate. Next update shortly.
Our monitoring shows the system is currently down. We're working on restoring service and will post updates here.
