We have made some changes to our custom domains infrastructure and are seeing the error rate improve. We'll continue to monitor.
We've narrowed down the problem to the part of the system that provides custom domains for on the mobile tickets page (e.g. visit.example.com or yourvisit.example.com). All other parts of the system are working normally.

Our monitoring is showing increased error levels on some requests for mobile tickets and the crowdEngage dashboard. We're looking into this now.
