The backlog has now been cleared. In order to process important jobs sooner, we had to drop less important jobs and so you may notice that your click stats are not complete for this evening.

We're sorry for the problem this evening. Usually when we have a backlog it should not be noticeable because we prioritise the most important jobs, however this evening it looks like one particular job was incorrectly prioritised and consumed all of the system's resources. We'll be reviewing all jobs over the weekend to ensure the priorities are set correctly.

We are aware of an issue processing background jobs (for example, confirming orders and sending messages) which has caused a backlog. We are currently boosting capacity to work through it.
