Error rates are looking much better now. All messages that were delayed will now catch up automatically. We'll continue to monitor.

We're noticing an increase in errors from the Spektrix API, which is preventing delivery of new tickets and messages for clients using our Spektrix integration. Tickets that have already been delivered will continue to work. Any messages that fail to send will be automatically retried until they succeed.
