Duplicate messages to a small number of customers

We've identified an issue which meant that a small number of customers (around 3%) received a duplicate message today.

Sorry about that! We've put in a fix to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Any duplicate messages will be excluded from your interaction count for billing purposes.
