Spektrix fixed this problem in the early hours of Friday morning, and our monitoring shows that everything has been stable since then.

The backlog of messages has been cleared and we haven't seen any problems on the Spektrix side for an hour or so. As things seem a bit more stable at the moment, we have resumed importing/updating events and instances from Spektrix.

crowdEngage will automatically retry pre-show messages for up to 12 hours or until the start of the instance (whichever comes first) if it detects a problem with a ticketing integration. So if a message that should have been sent isn't yet appearing, there's nothing you need to do; crowdEngage will automatically retry in the background. You can keep an eye on the messages crowdEngage has successfully sent on the Dashboard and in the Sent messages tab.

It's also worth noting that crowdEngage mobile tickets are independent of the ticketing system once they have been generated and sent, so they will continue to display for customers even if the ticketing system itself is down.

It's possible that the problems might reoccur tomorrow so we'll leave this status post open for now. Please do get in touch with support if you have any queries.

We're still seeing issues with the Spektrix API. Messages are going out gradually but the sending rate is much diminished due to the errors we're seeing.

We've restarted sending to clear the backlog. We'll monitor progress and will keep you updated.

We've now paused sending and event importing for Spektrix clients.

We're seeing some slowness on the Spektrix API which is causing message sending problems for Spektrix clients.

We are keeping track of messages which fail to send and will queue them up to send again when the problem is resolved.
