Custom domains have been stable for the last 10 minutes. We've resumed sending and everything is working as normal. If your messages were paused, they will now catch up and send to your customers.

Our monitoring shows we're back up and running. We're waiting to make sure everything is stable before we resume sending.
We have suspended sending until we can verify that custom domains are back up and running.

We're investigating intermittent connection problems for clients using custom hostnames (e.g. yourvisit.example.com) for their mobile tickets and preorder pages.
Currently we believe this is a problem with one of our suppliers. We're raising it with them and will keep you posted.
