We have fixed the problem with message delivery.
Some messages have failed to send - you'll see these in your crowdEngage dashboard. They will be listed on the "Sent messages" page, with a "Failed" status. These messages won't be retried.
We're very sorry for the disruption to your messages this morning. We will be putting in place a fix to ensure this problem doesn't reoccur.
