10 minutes of downtime for crowdEngage web app and shortened links
crowdEngage is now up and running, but for about 10 minutes, from 15:21 BST to 15:31 BST, users of the web app and visitors following shortened links from messages will have seen an error page.
This was caused by a bad deployment, which has been rolled back.
We're very sorry about this interruption to your day. We'll learn from it and do better in the future.
